He has spearheaded a pioneering venture focused on HR Process Automation. His ethos revolves around cultivating talent, instilling a culture of accountability, and enabling teams to thrive. He adeptly navigates market dynamics, relying on data-driven insights to make informed decisions. Suresh Pugalenthi is a HR thought leader with multi-faceted experience in managing employee life cycle, Organizational transformation, in the Marketing, Refinery, and Engineering sector. He was Head HR (India Operations) Wipro Infrastructure Engineering and head of OD at HPCL.
He has designed and implemented various HR/IR initiatives that have been recognized at national & international forums. Suresh holds a Master’s degree in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) Mumbai and a Bachelor’s degree in Labour Management from the University of Madras. Innovation is one of his core strengths for which he has been trained from the Harvard Business School.
